Decades of experience across technical recruiting and sales & marketing for startups has given Colby incredible insight into how to source exceptional talent. Now he’s bringing his people skills to the training arena where he’ll be improving Ventive’s hiring process and retention. He’s ready for the chance to be more involved in interviewing and onboarding exceptional candidates to help accelerate growth.

Colby loves being a part of the startup environment and at Ventive, he has had the chance to step into an advisor role and be trusted to build out the hiring process with the vision of the executive team.

As a Park City native, naturally, he loves skiing and snowboarding, but he also enjoys hiking, biking, playing golf, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
