David

David moved to Boise from Seattle to reconnect with family here in Idaho. He joined the operations team where he focuses on Ventive’s finances. He loves working at a startup because there are so many roles he can take on and a lot of room for personal and career growth. He enjoys working with numbers and figuring out how to make the numbers work in a way that not only makes sense but helps a company grow. He appreciates the autonomy in his position to make decisions and be a leader. 

With a solid appreciation for the outdoors, Idaho was a natural choice for his family. David loves boating at Lucky Peak, hanging out with this family, listening to music, watching sports, and taking his son, a future pro-hockey player, to the ice arena.
