Jonathan Cardella is a proven technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building technology businesses that solve real problems by leveraging expertise in the rapid development of web and mobile applications.

Having founded, bootstrapped, and grown startups up to $50M in revenue and over one hundred employees, Jonathan's background includes managing profitable, hyper-growth businesses and subsidiaries, building call centers, and leading turn-around mandates to restore profitability.

Prior to Ventive, Jonathan founded and bootstrapped Ski West, an online travel startup with a successful exit to Overstock.com. As CEO of Ski West, he led digital strategy, product development, marketing, as well as executive management of the company. After departing Overstock Travel, Jonathan founded NeighborCity in the residential real estate space to increase transparency into Realtor performance.

In 2014, Jonathan founded Ventive, a full-service digital product agency specializing in design and development of enterprise software, web and mobile applications, and growth strategy. Located in downtown Boise, Ventive works with companies such as BroadSoft, Vacasa, and Rally4, and focuses on optimizing customer, partner, and user experiences, as well as customer acquisition and retention. Ventive is profitable, growing organically with nearly 2500% 4-year growth, and has a client retention rate of over 90%.
