With 41 percent market share, Broadsoft is the leader in unified business communications, but it faces intense competition from Skype, Slack, Facebook Workplace, and Google. Broadsoft needed its own killer business collaboration app and tapped Ventive to help them define the product, user experience, and marketing.
After months of intense collaboration, UC-One Hub was launched in 2016 to positive reviews, and today is a flagship Broadsoft application that brings together video, chat, file sharing and 3rd party tools under one platform. UC-One is often mentioned in Cisco’s decision to acquire Broadsoft for $1.9 Billion.
