Identifying a need for automation and full-service ordering, Pure Vita Co. enlisted the Ventive Team to help develop their idea and invent a user-friendly, full-cycle ordering application that gets needed equipment into patient hands faster.
The complex nature of American healthcare makes it difficult for providers and patients to partner together for the best end results. PracticePal founders saw that patients in their optometry practice couldn’t use their full vision benefits since they often didn’t even know what was included in their plan. Additionally, their office staff’s time was consumed by insurance issues. Together, Ventive and PracticePal designed a product that allowed them to decrease their insurance verification process time by 83%, see more patients, and reduce staff hours spent on administrative tasks.
With 41 percent market share, Broadsoft is the leader in unified business communications, but it faces intense competition from Skype, Slack, Facebook Workplace, and Google. Broadsoft needed their own killer business collaboration app and tapped Ventive to help them define the product and user experience. After months of intense collaboration, UC-One Hub was launched in 2016 to positive reviews, and today is a flagship Broadsoft application that brings together video, chat, file sharing and 3rd party tools under one platform. UC-One is often mentioned in Cisco’s decision to acquire Broadsoft for $1.9 Billion.

We designed, tested, and launched a mobile application and a responsive web app that delivers real-time financial data and business intelligence in a simple and intuitive tool. Dentists and their staff can now easily manage sales, collections, and customer follow-ups, enabling their medical practices to operate more efficiently, provide better customer experience, and deliver greater profits.
Epionce is a premium skincare company who knew it was time to get serious about ecommerce. We analyzed their current situation, helped clarify their goals and vision, and collaborated on their roadmap for change. In a series of agile steps, Ventive moved Epionce onto a more flexible ecommerce platform, improved the checkout experience, designed a blog and content strategy, and redesigned the site for a better brand experience. The result: The changes attracted more customers, drove more sales both online and offline, and reduced overhead for Epionce.
